Unrest in Greece

Sporadic demonstrations continue in the Greek capital and other cities more than three weeks after the fatal shooting of a 15-year-old boy by Athens police. The incident ignited long-simmering tension between anarchists and the Greek government. Demonstrators continue to occupy dozens of public buildings. The protests are expected to continue at least until the New Year.

I stopped at the Koursaros apartments with my boyfriend in June 2006. The apartments are basic but they are very clean and tidy and for the price we paid as we got a last minute deal we were satisfied with them!
