I've tried various places in Virginia Beach. My go-to place is Reed Manning off of Great Neck. Lauren and Viktor are amazing stylists. Viktor does top notch coloring, perms, and up-dos. Lauren is great for cuts. She gives an amazing scalp massage when she shampoos. I highly recommend this place. Everyone is very warm and welcoming. more

If you want a little piece of heaven, try a 60 minute massage at Reed Manning Spa & Salon. This delicious spot is located at Redmill Commons in Virginia Beach. The massage therapists are all extremely skilled. The rooms are beautifully decorated. The entire spa is meticulous! Massages are accompanied by aromatherapy and the sounds of light music and nature... more
