Just returned from 13 nights at RWI, our 2nd visit in two years, will probably book a third. Grounds as beautiful as ever. We like the size, intimacy of RWI. You don't feel lost in a large resort. All staff very friendly for the most part especially the Pool and Beach guys. Gardeners are even friendly. Botanical garden view is... more

We stayed at the RWI starting on Novemebr 16, 2008. The weather was perfect (although it did get a little windy at the end) and the beaches are the best I've seen in the Caribbean. We stayed in an oceanfront one bedroom and the room was impeccable. The only thing I ever have to complain in Mexico and the Caribbean... more

Flew from London Heathrow to Provo via BA...first class service and well worth the money.. On arrival was met by Grace Bay car hire people...found RWI and found them shall we say indifferent to the British but fell over themselves to suck up to Americans and Canadians. Room was a studio which was clean and functional, cleaned every day but... more

We came down to TCI over the Thansgiving week to enjoy a little Scuba Diving. We dove with Dive Provo who did a fantastic job and picked us up at the hotel each morning. Our room was a garden view studio that was very nice. The kitchnette has a microwave, refrigerator, toaster and coffee pot. A full set of glasses,... more

We were married on the beach in front of RWI on Nov. 10th. After tons of research (especially here on tripadvisor) we decided to stay here. Undeniably, one of the best places on Grace Bay. The staff were awesome throughout our 8 day stay. We upgraded to an Oceanfront room after the first night because we wanted to hear the... more

We travelled to the Royal West Indies resort in late July, 2008. This was our first trip to Turks & Caicos and we were excited to visit after everything we had heard about the amazing beach and many different restaurants. Arrival, baggage claim and customs at the airport in Provo went smoothly, although things became a little more chaotic when... more

We stayed at Royal West Indies from Oct. 27th, 2008 to Nov. 3rd, 2008 for our honeymoon. We absolutely loved the resort. It was in a really good location, within walking distance of most places, or a short cab ride at the most (we walked basically everywhere with no problem). The beach was beautiful, we couldn't have enjoyed it more.... more

We stayed at Beaches for a week and when we got to the airport we were told they were overbooked and were looking for volunteers to stay an extra night. Didn't take long for us to say, YES PLEASE to staying on this beautiful island another day after a stressful day of checking out of Beaches (no water in the... more

We just returned from a 10 night stay at the Royal West Indies Resort. The construction nearby was overwhelming. Moreover, ClubMed is located next door and is very loud. On the brighter side GraceBay beach was awesome. Especially, at the other end of GraceBay. The Resorts on that end have no construction and are located on a more pristine section... more
